The terms and conditions outlined below are applicable to your enrollment in the Oil & Gas Career Success (OGCS) 2-Hour ONLINE Masterclass for one of the schedules you chose during the enrollment process. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to our terms, do not proceed with enrolling in the OGCS masterclass.

General terms

• This masterclass provides essential details and information on the oil and gas industry in order to help you better understand it, but it does not offer you a job or placement in the oil and gas or petroleum industries.
• We believe that making a career in the oil and gas industry is easier when you understand the industry and have the essential skills, training, and qualifications.

Course Enrollment

• After enrolling in this online masterclass and paying the applicable fee, you will be provided the option of attending the class immediately or at the date and time you have chosen.
• If you choose to join the masterclass immediately within the next 5 minutes, be sure you have a reliable internet connection and are in a location where you may join the class online without interruption for the duration indicated.
• If you fail to join the class according to the schedule or the joining option you have chosen, you will not be able to join it again.
• The class is held via eWebinar (a platform that allows students to engage in an online and pre-recorded webinar/class to obtain and develop the important skills or knowledge for which they have enrolled).

Payment terms

• You can enroll in the masterclass by using one of the following payment methods available on our website.
  • Stripe (use this method to pay the fee via debit or credit card in USD or in your local currency)
  • RazorPay (use this method if you wish to pay in Indian Currency using Indian banking system, including UPI)
  • PayPal (use this method to pay the fee in USD and/or the above two options are not working).
• When you pay the fee, you will receive a payment confirmation email immediately.
• If you do not receive the payment confirmation email but the applicable fee has been deducted from your card/account, you should wait for a reversal, since most payments debited without confirmation are automatically reversed by the payment gateway provider. However, if you have not received a reversal within 7 days of the debit, please contact us at support@faiz-ahmad.iogs.org with the necessary information, such as a snapshot of the money deducted from your card or account, etc.
• After making the payment, you will be provided with the appropriate option on our website for the next step.
  • For example, if you opt to join the masterclass within the next 5 minutes of enrolling, the website will provide you with the link to join the masterclass instantly.
  • On the other hand, if you decide to attend the masterclass on one of the schedules provided during enrollment, you will be given the option to join our WhatsApp group so that we can send you the required information to join the class on the selected date and time.
• Payment once made is non-refundable

Joining the Class

• If you decide to join the class within the next 5 minutes, you will be able to do so immediately.
• If you choose to join the class on a particular class schedule, you will receive regular updates via WhatsApp and email for joining.
• You are urged to join the class following the option that you have selected, as you will not be able to reschedule it if you fail to join.
• We require you to adhere to the terms and conditions that will be presented before attending the class, since failure to do so will result in your removal from it.
